4. Payment and Fees

All payments are processed via Stripe. By using our platform, you agree to Stripe’s terms. CoworkRoom may charge a service fee, which will be clearly communicated.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policies are determined by hosts. CoworkRoom may intervene only when necessary to resolve disputes, but we are not liable for refunds unless otherwise stated.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and intellectual property related to CoworkRoom belong to us unless otherwise stated. You may not copy or distribute platform elements without permission.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these terms, without prior notice.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
